This would be a lot easier if kids would cooperate. But I guess it comes with being a Mom. (But it makes it even more important for me to be an examples for my girls.) I actually eat a lot in response to the stresses of being a mom. Mis behavior, or having my buttons pushed- drives me to binge- sometimes its the only way that makes me feel ok. It's comfort... or maybe more like "numbness".
Later that day...
ok so I gave in and made brownies. The kicker is thatwhile they were cooking I must have left my bedroom dooropen! My Niece got up to the computer and pushed a crazy amount of buttons and was talking on my fax machine headset! I was fuming! I set her in a timeout (kind of not nicely) and had to undo all the things she had done to my computer. My temper flared up hardcore-- and those brownies were calling me. So... I had a little binge. but I did stop myself before my second brownie! A small success.
Again later that day...
-make that.... I"m not sure how many more brownies! But thebest part is that grabbing my journal and writing is helping me use my hand for holding a pen rather than stuffing brownies in mymouth. If I didn't have this to write in, the whole pan would be eaten! So in a way I've had another success.
3. Example Of Biografi
In Loving Memory of:
John Doyle
1923-1999
This a sample biography written for John Doyle that creates an accurate representation of John's life.
History:
Born in a small Oklahoma farm on August 12, 1923, John Doyle began his journey through life. John was the youngest son of farmer Kenneth Doyle and his wife Mary Doyle. Kenneth, a hard working man, raised his four children in a very disciplined way. It was from here that John learned much of his punctuality.
John, after leaving home at age 18, decided to move to a city. He went to Chicago and became a reporter for several years. He enjoyed his job, but yearned to get a college education. He enrolled at the University of Chicago. From there he quickly realized that he loved Health Care and Biology. Soon he made his decision that he was going to study to become a biologist.
Years after he graduated, I, his wife Darlene, asked why he felt so akin to his biological work. He always responded "that this is something I enjoy doing and when I feel I am making progress, I realize how beneficial my work is." As you can see, John was a very hard working man.
He ended up finishing his work and retiring at the age of 58. After a brief heart attack, John realized he could no longer work as hard a he had done in his younger years.
On May 2, 1999 John passed away.
Occupation:
John at the age of 20 found his true calling in life. John wanted to be a biologist. His whole life he felt a strong connection with different attributes of animal nature. John always believed that we were bound together in the animal kingdom in one way or another. John realized with the discovery of the DNA molecule that he was right in his assumptions.
Accomplishments:
John Doyle was recognized in his life many times. One of his prowdess accomplishments was when he received the biologist of the year award from the University of Chicago, his alma mater, after completing his work on humans and primates are similar and different.
Further accomplishments was the publishing if his book, entitled "Human's Primate's and the Missing Link." His book was a very accurate understanding of some of the primal instincts that human's and ape's have that are undoubtedly similar.
Regards:
John was a very loving husband. I will miss his delightful candor and will remember the wonderful times we had together. Miss you and love you always...
Your loving wife,
Darlene
I will always remember you as being a loving father...
Love always,
Your daughter Jennie
I will miss the times we spent as children and the times when we were both old men. I always had a special place in my heart when our families would meet every year and have Christmas together.
Good luck in the after life,
Your brother Henry
4. example Of Autobiografi
My Autobiography
I was born in January of 1960 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I was adopted at birth by Charles and Mary Galvin (I was named for my father and my youngest sister is named for my mother). We lived in a suburban neighorhood in the town of Chamblee, which has now been surrounded by development. My parents adopted three more children (all girls!) before my father’s job sent my family to the San Francisco Bay Area in June of 1967.
I grew up in Marin County, just north of the City, where I was active in Boy Scouts (I became an Eagle Scout in 1976) and graduated from Marin Catholic High School in 1977. I studied at the University of California at Berkeley for three years (1977-1980), where I planned to major in Computer Science, but wound up taking courses also in Classics, Dutch (I won a Princess Beatrix Scholarship from the Dutch government—now she’s a queen and so am I!), and Astronomy. During this time I lived in the Rockridge district in Oakland. I left the university in 1980 to take “a year off” and never went back, much to my parents’ disappointment.
I went to work as a word processor for a temporary help service and wound up doing that for several years. Eventually, I began working with lawyers, and I have now worked in the legal field almost exclusively for nearly 20 years.
I came out as a gay man on 27 May 1982 (an event I celebrate as a kind of second birthday each year). I moved to San Francisco in the mid-1980s, and shortly thereafter had a domestic partnership for a year and a half with a man I met over the net (my one, great, failed romance!). I have remained a bachelor ever since. My dad, my three younger sisters and their families (I have 5 nieces and 2 nephews at this writing) live in Sonoma County. My mother passed away in 1983.
Presently, I am a word processing operator for a small law firm, and spend most of my free time involved with church, Esperanto, civil rights activism, or spending time with friends and family, some of whom have Web pages. I read a lot of science fiction and fantasy, and I love to travel whenever I have the time and the money at the same moment.
5. Example Historial Account
Example of Historial account about UFO
Antonio Villas Boas
Antonio Villas Boas was a Brazilian farmer. On October 16, 1957, at age 23, Villas Boas had an experience that may have been one of the first modern day abduction claims. His story was not publicized until 1964 and he also never profited from it. Villas Boas claimed that at about 1:00 a.m., he was out operating a tractor on the family farm when he spotted a bright light in the sky, which he had also noticed on a previous night. This time the object descended and as it neared the ground, three telescopic legs outstretched and the ufo landed. Villas Boas's tractor died and he became scared and decided to run on foot. Then a being of about five feet tall, grabbed him and in a frightened state, he pushed the being to the ground. He proceeded to run when he was stopped by three more beings who then took him into their craft. He claimed that every time he tried to yell, they would stop and look at him very curiously. He also said that they didn't speak really, but instead used grunting or growling-like tones. Once on board, he found himself in a small, cold, square room with no appearent seams. Then he said he was stripped down and coated with some kind of gel. He was taken into another room with a bed-like structure that had a strange hump in the middle. He was left alone in the room and after about a half an hour, a strange fog and odor began to fill the room. The odor was sickening, and Villas Boas was forced to vomit. After some time, a very humanoid female entered the room, naked. Some speculate that the fog or odor may have been to condition the air for the female, since he claimed the others who he saw were in some sort of space suits. She was under five feet tall with blond, almost white hair. He said she was almost completely human looking except for a very angular face, pointed at the chin and somewhat larger eyes, almost cat-like. He found himself aroused and eventually, they had intercourse. When it was over, before leaving, she rubbed her belly and pointed to the sky as if to say she would carry his child. He was then given his clothes back and given a short tour of their craft. Then, he was returned to the field near his house. When he arrived home, he discovered that over four hours had passed.
Villas Boas never changed his story and recalled all of the details without the use of hypnosis. When examined by Dr. Olavo Fontes of APRO, he was found to be okay mentally but seemed to suffer from weakness, nausea, and bleeding lesions, attributed to mild radiation poisoning. At the time, many claimed that Villas Boas was nothing short of a fraud, while others argued that he was rather poorly educated and couldn't have fabricated all the details of his story. Antonio Villas Boas died in 1992.
The Barney and Betty Hill Story
Barney, a mail carrier, and Betty, a social worker, were returning home one night from a short vacation, on September 19, 1961, when they suddenly spotted a bright object in the sky. Barney stopped the car and used a pair of binoculars to get a better look at the object. He could make out a disk-like object moving strangely in the night sky. He then walked into a nearby field, for a closer look. He could then make out small structures that looked somewhat like windows. To his astonishment, he noticed beings looking back at him, through the windows. This frightened him, and he ran back to his car and they proceeded to drive away. They drove down a side road and saw five humanoid aliens blocking their path. They were then taken from their car and led into a UFO, in a trance-like state. Most of their encounter was uncovered while under hypnosis, for when they arrived home, they had discovered nearly two hours had been missing, and they remembered almost nothing from the event. They were disturbed by strange dreams and the foreboding feeling that something extraordinary had occured during those two hours. While under hypnosis, the Hills both told similar stories of being taken into a craft of some kind, and subjected to several physical and mental examinations. Betty also claimed to be shown a star map while on board. In 1964, while under hypnosis, Betty drew a remarkable recreation of the star map that concurred with other professionally drawn maps. She also indicated the location of two stars called Zeta 1 and Zeta 2 Reticuli, in which she said was the aliens home base. The amazing part is that the existence of these two stars wasn't confirmed until 1969 and Betty had no understanding of astronomy, to make such a map.
6. INSIDENT REPORT
Sample Incident Report:
The following incident occurred at approximately 8:32 pm on August 1, 2008 on the 1st floor East Wing of Watson Hall in Room 122. While on a duty tour, community assistants Joseph Bacala and Suzy Snowflake heard a voice yell from an open door of room 122, “Geez, another shot, how many have you had tonight!?” Upon hearing the exclamation CA’s Snowflake and Bacala entered the open room and informed both occupants of the room to gather all the alcoholic beverages to the center of the living room floor. It should be noted that Residents John Smith and Tom Jones (information listed below) were extremely compliant. It should also be noted that both residents had slurred speech and a pungent smell of alcohol (content listed below) coming from their breath. After CA Snowflake documented the alcohol content and students’ information (below), CA Bacala watched Resident Smith dump out every ounce of alcohol into the bathroom toilet. After leaving the now alcohol free room, an Incident Report was documented.
